As our Quality Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our quality management system — ensuring everything we produce meets the highest standards. From leading customer-facing initiatives to refining internal systems, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving zero-defect performance, optimizing cost, and reducing risk.


Primary Responsibilities/Essential Skills


  • Serve as the primary quality contact for Quality Engineer assigned customer accounts and internal operations
  • Lead and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve internal and customer concerns, showcasing your Quality Engineer expertise.
  • Support and lead APQP and PPAP efforts for both new product introductions and existing products
  • Apply statistical tools including SPC, CpK, and Gage R&R to reduce variation and improve process capability
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO and customer requirements
  • Facilitate quality-related training for employees across departments, emphasizing the role of engineering in quality.
  • Promote and support a culture of continuous improvement, 5S, and safety in the workplace
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues

Education, Experience, and Skills Required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience for a Quality Engineer position
  • 2–3 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in an engineering capacity
  • Working knowledge of ISO/TS standards and customer-specific quality requirements
  • Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
  • Familiarity with statistical tools such as SPC and Gage R&R associated with engineering processes
  • Experience with rubber, LSR, or plastic manufacturing preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills, especially within engineering teams
