During the show, Vernay will highlight its latest battery ventilation solution – Vernay VoltaVent®. Vernay VoltaVent® is a multi-functional concept combining a protection zone that avoids humidity introduction during normal operation, a breathing zone for Over- and Underpressure relief when conditions in the battery pack exceed pre-set pressure thresholds, and an emergency pressure relief in case of a thermal runaway event. The valve reseals the battery pack immediately after pressure relief.
