Vernay Laboratories Brings New Innovations to COMPAMED 2019

October 19, 2019

Vernay Laboratories, a leader in flow control solutions, will be exhibiting its latest developments for the medical market at COMPAMED 2019. The show gathers medical suppliers and product development companies to showcase its expertise, technical capabilities, and innovative solutions within the medical field.

“Vernay is always happy to participate in COMPAMED since it is one of the world’s leading platform for high-tech medical products,” added Andy Woodward, Global Sales & Marketing Vice-president. “The event gives us a chance to highlight our latest developments and the opportunity to interact with existing and potential customers to find out how Vernay can provide a custom fluid control solution to meet their challenges.”

Among the company’s highlights for this year, Vernay will be presenting an innovative technology: Supravalve MAX. The Supravalve MAX is a unique normally closed duckbill valve design that reverses leak protection at low opening pressures while maintaining a consistent, non-tortuous flow path. This new development is an optimal solution for medical flow control applications including: Blood & System Management, Cardiopulmonary System Management, Diagnostic Imaging, Enteral Feeding, Respiratory System Management, Urology, Wound Care Management, and more.

Vernay will also showcase the Supravalve HP, a high-pressure check valve designed to significantly reduce fluid flow turbulence. This valve was specifically developed for use in medical devices where accuracy is critical to success. The Supravalve HP can be customized with various opening pressures through alternative elastomeric inserts according to customer’s requirements.

See us at COMPAMED 2019 in Booth #8AG11 to experience the latest in flow control products. We look forward to provide the right component solution for your next project.
