March 1, 2017

Vernay capped a very successful MD&M West Tradeshow Exhibition by featuring 2 new precision pump technologies and 2 new valve dispenser products in Anaheim, California, USA.  The company also introduced an enhanced trade show exhibit that included product displays, new graphics and live flow-control demonstrations.  The new products, technologies and live demos brought a high level of energy and excitement to the Vernay brand that was well-received by attendees.

The new pump technology included the CS-3 & CS-6 Single-Use Precision Pumps.  These are break-through technologies with tremendous potential in the medical sector because of their ability to gain superior dispensing accuracy. “This is a significant improvement over anything available in the market” stated Tripp Avett, Global Medical Business Unit Manager.

“We are very excited about our new SupraValve® – HP Platform, a high pressure check valve with significant enhanced performance” said Tripp Avett, in reference to the new product introduced by Vernay.  Adding that “the SupraValve®  was specifically developed for use in medical devices where accuracy is critical to success.”  The new bi-directional V-flow Dispenser with a ‘no-drip’ feature was also on display.  This versatile, customizable cross slit valve is engineered for precise dispensing and dosing.

A demo kit, created by Jim Stope, Research & Development, offered live demonstrations of four different valve configurations functioning with air and fluid.  “Many visitors came over to watch the valve solutions in action and see how well they work” said Andy Woodward, Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing.

Vernay’s fine exhibit at MD&M 2017, in Anaheim, CA, USA featured live product demos to visitors.

“Take Control of the Flow” was the theme of this year’s Vernay exhibit.  The accompanying booth graphics featured an energized technology stream flowing across all the exhibit panels.  Each panel showed a different Vernay solution-set and photographs of finished products. “The high-tech stream represents Vernay’s knowledge and use of scientific applications to create leading flow control solutions for our customers”  said Bob Ferguson, VP of Global R&D. “We’re proud of our commitment to solving challenging flow control problems anywhere in the world.”
