Vernay to Host Grand Opening of Kennesaw Facility

Vernay is excited to announce the upcoming grand opening ceremony of its new state-of-the-art facility in Kennesaw, Georgia. This milestone marks an exciting step forward for Vernay as it continues to innovate and expand its capabilities in delivering precision fluid control solutions to customers worldwide.

A Facility Built for Growth and Innovation
The Kennesaw facility fills a unique niche, specializing in liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding and micro-molding to meet the stringent demands of the medical and industrial markets. Equipped with 10 advanced production presses, the facility currently utilizes only a quarter of its capacity, with plans to expand to 45 presses. Each state-of-the-art production cell can produce 64 parts every 32 seconds, enabling annual production of over 200 million micro-molded parts.
