VA3120

The VA3120 design is a very compact duckbill that provides a simple check valve in a small space. Relatively large flange for easy mounting but with short length. Not recommended for high flow applications.

VA3272

The VA3272 design is recommended when a very small check valve is needed and relatively low flow for its size. Curved lip design will withstand very high reverse pressures.

VA3426

The VA3426 design is a small and compact valve. Low leakage and high reverse pressure duckbill. Somewhat restricted flow for its size.

VA3582

The VA3582 design is a general purpose, small sized duckbill. Good flow and leakage. Available in a wide range of materials for use in air, fuels, motor oils, water, and medical applications.

VA6898

The VA6898 design is a compact, general purpose duckbill. Normally open valve. Valve in VMQ is also available in a plastic housing as part number VL1300-217.

VA3893

The VA3893 specially designed duckbill has a preload to ensure low leakage at low reverse pressures. This preload significantly reduces forward flow as the preload must be overcome to open the valve in the forward direction. Contact Vernay for special mounting instructions.

The VA4838 design is a high flow duckbill used in medical applications. Available in a plastic housing with a variety of different fitments as the VL1300-200 series of parts.

VA3562

The VA3562 design is a general purpose medical duckbill. High flow and low leakage valve designed for relatively low pressures such as IV drip assemblies.

The VA3640 design is a general-purpose normally open check valve. Very high flow (low pressure drop) for its size. Typical uses are medical equipment and fuel systems.

VA4394

The VA4394 design is a medical check valve and can be used as a catheter introducer seal. Four flutes provide low insertion force while compromisng the reverse leakage somewhat due to the need for all four portions to come together and seal when reverse pressure is applied.

The VA4295 design is a high reverse pressure duckbill with some compromise on flow for its size. Typical uses are in automotive fuel and medical applications.

The VA6908 design is a snap-in, high flow (low pressure loss) check valve. The VMQ material is suitable for medical applications.

VA3512

The VA3512 design is a large, conventional duckbill. Recommended for applications where high flow, relatively low valve pressure drop, and reverse leakage at low reverse pressures are not an issue. An example application would be as the inlet and outlet for a reciprocating pump.
